Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

The item has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, the product must:
Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).
Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if:
The ordered item is unavailable after payment.
A damaged or incorrect product cannot be replaced.
Your return request is approved after inspection.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method or through bank transfer, where applicable.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will happily exchange it for the correct product (subject to availability).
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), ZoraqPK will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
